Benchmark: 3.3: Sensitive authentication data (SAD) is not stored after authorization
Usage
Install the mod:
mkdir dashboardscd dashboardspowerpipe mod initpowerpipe mod install github.com/turbot/steampipe-mod-aws-compliance
Start the Powerpipe server:
steampipe service startpowerpipe server
Open http://localhost:9033 in your browser and select 3.3: Sensitive authentication data (SAD) is not stored after authorization.
Run this benchmark in your terminal:
powerpipe benchmark run aws_compliance.benchmark.pci_dss_v40_requirement_3_3
Snapshot and share results via Turbot Pipes:

Benchmarks
- 3.3.1 SAD is not stored after authorization, even if encrypted. All sensitive authentication data received is rendered unrecoverable upon completion of the authorization process
- 3.3.2: SAD that is stored electronically prior to completion of authorization is encrypted using strong cryptography
- 3.3.3: Additional requirement for issuers and companies that support issuing services and store sensitive authentication
