Description
This section contains recommendations for configuring DocumentDB resources.
Usage
Install the mod:
mkdir dashboardscd dashboardspowerpipe mod initpowerpipe mod install github.com/turbot/steampipe-mod-aws-complianceStart the Powerpipe server:
steampipe service startpowerpipe serverOpen http://localhost:9033 in your browser and select DocumentDB.
Run this benchmark in your terminal:
powerpipe benchmark run aws_compliance.benchmark.all_controls_docdbSnapshot and share results via Turbot Pipes:
powerpipe benchmark run aws_compliance.benchmark.all_controls_docdb --shareControls
- AWS DocumentDB clusters should have an adequate backup retention period
- DocumentDB clusters should have deletion protection enabled
- AWS DocumentDB clusters should be encrypted at rest
- Amazon DocumentDB clusters should be encrypted in transit
- DocumentDB instance should be encrypted at rest
- DocumentDB instance logging should be enabled
- Amazon DocumentDB cluster snapshots should not be public
