Overview
This section contains recommendations for configuring AWS DocumentDB resources and options.
Usage
Install the mod:
mkdir dashboardscd dashboardspowerpipe mod initpowerpipe mod install github.com/turbot/steampipe-mod-aws-complianceStart the Powerpipe server:
steampipe service startpowerpipe serverOpen http://localhost:9033 in your browser and select DocumentDB.
Run this benchmark in your terminal:
powerpipe benchmark run aws_compliance.benchmark.foundational_security_docdbSnapshot and share results via Turbot Pipes:

- 1 Amazon DocumentDB clusters should be encrypted at rest
- 2 Amazon DocumentDB clusters should have an adequate backup retention period
- 3 Amazon DocumentDB manual cluster snapshots should not be public
- 4 Amazon DocumentDB clusters should publish audit logs to CloudWatch Logs
- 5 Amazon DocumentDB clusters should have deletion protection enabled
- 6 Amazon DocumentDB clusters should be encrypted in transit
