Control: CloudTrail trail should have SNS topic enabled

Description

Enable SNS topic for CloudTrail trails to notify when new log files are delivered.

Usage

Run the control in your terminal:

powerpipe control run terraform_aws_compliance.control.cloudtrail_trail_sns_topic_enabled

Snapshot and share results via Turbot Pipes:
