Detect when an Azure VPN connection was created or updated. Changes to VPN connection settings, such as shared keys or routing configurations, can impact connectivity and security between on-premises networks and Azure. Monitoring these updates ensures reliable connectivity and prevents unauthorized modifications to critical network connections.
